In order to organize your properties so that they are 100% ready to see, you'll simply need to sign your portion of a sale contract, and then submit your property information to CryptoListing™ in order to get a title commitment from a title company partner of ours.

After approval, you will be contacted by one of our friendly and professional team members who will assist in getting your listing and connect our title partner into the mix.

Buyers
Once you find a property you are interested in purchasing, you simply click “Buy Now” within the listing. You will then be taken to our secure and easy UbitquityPay™ gateway to begin the transaction.
You will have a few questions to answer, and the contract to sign, which has already been signed by the seller. After you approve and sign, the title company will reach out for you to sign e-closing documents.
After you have signed closing documents, we will send the full purchase price currency - held in an escrow-type function by our US-based trusted publicly traded payment partner - who will send the proceeds to the title company. It's that simple!

6-Step Process:

#2. Fill out your contact information.

#3. Choose payment option. (Wallet, Coinbase + OkCoin exchanges supported).

#4. Send your payment which is held securely in escrow by one of our title/escrow partners.

#5. Review questionnaire and contract for signature.

#6. Sign closing documents to finalize the purchase.

Closing The Deal:

Both parties will be prompted via email to schedule a meeting with the title company to sign closing documents via a secure online video meeting. Once signing is completed by both parties, the title company will send the seller their cash in US dollars, or cryptocurrency, and the transfer title to the buyer.
