Both have their own bathrooms, one with an inviting outdoor shower and the other with a corner bathtub with overhead shower. The third bedroom also features a private verandah and exquisite ocean views. The fourth bedroom is a double bunks room.  Located close to the parking area, it makes an excellent choice for older children/teens or single adults with a private veranda.

In addition, there is future planning to develop the villa to create a 2 bedroom guesthouse and a further 2 bed extension to the main house with additional facilities. This presents a fantastic investment opportunity with great rental income opportunities.
