Arielle Biscayart creates bridges between traditional sales and web3 real estate opportunities in Miami and Southeast Florida.

Arielle was born in Rome and was raised in Paris, before moving to Miami 15+ years ago. She has a 15-year experience as a real estate agent, selling residential and commercial properties in Southeast Florida to local and international clients and is a Crypto Certified Agent.

She currently works for Coldwell Banker Realty and loves to create bridges between traditional real estate sales and the applications of tech, blockchain and web 3 on this industry.

She guides property buyers and sellers to coordinate traditional sales or use or hold their crypto assets through crypto-back loans to purchase real estate. Arielle also combines printed brochures, social media, web3 and metaverse marketing tools in the property marketing process.

Passionate about the disruption created by the blockchain, web3 and AR/VR tools in the real estate industry, finds it fascinating to use virtual reality to visualize how an underperforming properties can be repurposed and reconfigured. She sees how tech innovation is  impacting every player including owners, investors, brokers, architects. developers and land registries.

Arielle loves to share her knowledge about web3 and Proptech tools (such as getting a deed recorded on the Blockchain or using ChatGPT to enhance marketing for properties for lease or sale), and incorporate them in her daily work.

She speaks English, Spanish, French and Italian, is a member of FIBREE and when she is not working, Arielle enjoys taking dance and yoga classes as well as read physical books.
